Can you believe that we are officially halfway through the school year?!? I just want to share a note of appreciation for your partnership, patience, and perseverance this year – a year like no other.  Here we are looking forward to Progress Report Conferences, an upcoming Family Arts Night (official announcement next week!). We may not be having events in-person, but committees are planning some amazing events for families once the weather breaks into Spring.  

Most important is that we all find joy in each day, appreciate each other for what we bring to the table, and keep our attention focused on meaningful education for all students.  Love you all!

Progress Report Conferences

We look forward to connecting with families about each student’s progress so far this trimester in our Progress Report Conferences Wednesday through Friday. Dismissal will be at 1:00.  

Aftercare is available for families who are already enrolled.  We will have CNH staff do activities with the students on Thursday and Friday until the aftercare programming begins at 3:30 for no additional cost.  Wednesday is already a scheduled short day so aftercare is already in place.  

If you haven’t already signed up for your conference, please contact the teachers for selecting a time.  All conferences will be virtual.

All pools came back negative from last week.  We will continue pooled testing on Monday.

Enrollment 2022-23

We are accepting enrollment applications for 2022-23!

NEW FAMILIES

City Neighbors Hamilton is now accepting enrollment applications for next school year.  The deadline to receive applications from new families for inclusion in the enrollment lottery is 3 PM February 2, 2022.  Please spread the word!

CURRENT FAMILIES AND STAFF

The deadline to receive applications for siblings of current students and children of school staff is January 21, 2022.  If your child currently attends CNH, there is no need to reapply.  Intent to Return forms will be sent and collected in January.  Siblings and children of staff will not be included in the enrollment lottery, HOWEVER, you must submit an enrollment application by January 21, 2022 in order for us to have an accurate count of open seats when we conduct our lottery.

and should be emailed to applications@cityneighborshamilton.org.  Be sure to clearly indicate “sibling” on the application. If the sibling has a different last name than the CNH student, please include the name of the CNH student on the application.
