This school year, Jerred Anderson has partnered with DewMore, a local organization whose mission is to use art as a tool to increase civic engagement in marginalized communities throughout Greater Baltimore. Students met with their teaching artist, Mecca, and Mr. Jerred each week at CNH after school to develop their own personal poems. This weekend, the students and Mr Jerred spent the weekend at the Dew More poetry festival where they were able to perform their poems in front of (and be cheered by) peers from other schools, community members, and professional poets. What an amazing opportunity for our students! Thank you, Mr. Jerred, for leading this charge all year at CNH!
Have a great week!
–Dr. Shyla.

Rowan McCabe’s colorful digital drawing will be highlighted on the cover this year. All student cover designs will be included and celebrated in the yearbook as well. Thank you to all of the amazing student artists. Sales of the 2021-2022 CNH Yearbook are now open.
